🚫 Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
🚭 Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. It is only permitted on the balcony.
🚽 Chemical Toilet: Please do not throw any kind of waste, object, paper, sanitary towel, paper towel, or any other material into the toilet. The bathroom has a special chemical system that can get clogged. Guests will be held responsible for any resulting damage Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 🙏 🔇 Quiet hours: No noise after 10:00 PM or before 7:00 AM.
🎉 Parties and events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund. 🪑 Care of the apartment: Please treat the furniture, appliances, and accessories with care.
🗑️ Trash and cleanliness: Dispose of garbage in the designated bins and keep all areas clean and tidy. 🔒 Security: Close doors and windows when leaving. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and heating when not in use.
🤝 Respect for neighbors: Avoid behaviors or noises that may disturb other residents.
🧾 Damage reports: Report any damage or malfunction immediately. 🕒 Check-out: Respect the agreed check-out time and leave the apartment in a similar condition to your arrival.
⚙️ Additional Rules
👥 Maximum number of guests: Do not exceed the number of guests listed in the reservation without prior approval.
🔑 Keys / Access card: A €50 replacement fee will apply in case of loss or damage.
⏰ Late check-in / Early check-out: Non-standard times must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional cost.
🌿 Responsible energy use: Turn off the air conditioning or heating if windows are open or when leaving the apartment.
🧳 Forgotten items: The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind after check-out.
🚫 Rearranging furniture: Do not move furniture or decorations without authorization.
🚷 External visitors: Unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior approval.
🚨 Emergencies: In case of emergency, contact the host or call 112 (general emergency number in Greece).
⚠️ Rule violations: Serious violations may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
